Danville, KY Housing Market Trends

With 17,303 people, 6,663 houses or apartments, and a median cost of homes of $332,851, Danville real estate is some of the most expensive in Kentucky, although Danville home values aren't among America's most expensive.

Single-family detached homes are the single most common housing type in Danville, accounting for 66.03% of the city's housing units.
